Shopping at Erotokritos

Order Modifications

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.

Please note that once your order has entered an advanced stage of preparation, we may no longer be able to cancel or amend it.

Shopping Basket

Your shopping basket allows you to review the items you have selected, update quantities or remove products before completing your purchase.

Items added to your basket are not reserved. If an item sells out before you complete your order, its availability will be updated in your basket.

Wishlist

Save your favourite pieces to your Wishlist so you can easily return to them later.

Simply select the Wishlist icon on a product to add it. Items can be removed from your Wishlist at any time.

To purchase a saved item, select the product and continue through the usual checkout process.

Please note:

You must be logged into a registered account to use the Wishlist.
Your Wishlist can contain a maximum of 50 items.
Adding an item to your Wishlist does not reserve stock or guarantee availability.

Price Changes

Our products are priced consistently across our online store and physical store.

If there is a discrepancy between a price displayed online and the price shown on a garment label, the price confirmed at checkout will apply.

We are unable to retrospectively adjust the price of an item if it is reduced after your purchase.

Availability

New pieces are regularly added to Erotokritos.com, just as they are in our stores.

If an item is sold out and an email notification option is available, you can register your email address to be notified if the item comes back into stock.

Stock notifications do not reserve the item.

To help you find the right fit, size guides are available for our men's and women's collections.

Materials

Knitwear forms an important part of the Erotokritos collections, alongside garments made from a variety of natural, artificial and synthetic fibres.

You can find detailed information about the composition of each garment on its individual product page.

Care Instructions

Care information can be found under Materials & Care on each product page and on the care label inside your garment.

We recommend following these instructions carefully to maintain the appearance and quality of your pieces.

We offer secure online payment and currently accept:

Payment information is securely encrypted and processed through our payment providers. Erotokritos does not store your full payment details.

Our payment system also uses 3D Secure authentication where applicable to provide an additional level of protection against fraud.

When Will I Be Charged?

For card payments, your purchase will generally be charged when your order is dispatched.

For PayPal and eligible gift card payments, payment may be taken when your purchase is completed.

Some banks may temporarily display both a pre-authorisation and the final charge. The pre-authorisation should automatically be released by your bank. If it remains on your account, please contact your bank directly.

Payments made through Erotokritos.com are processed in a secure environment using established payment providers and industry-standard security measures.

We offer a range of delivery options depending on your destination.

Home Delivery

From €2.95
Free delivery on orders over €250

Standard delivery via Colissimo usually takes approximately 3–8 days from the time your parcel is accepted by the carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Express delivery may also be available, with delivery typically within 48 hours, depending on the destination.

Relay Point Delivery

From €2.95
Free delivery on orders over €250

Where available, you can choose delivery to a collection point during checkout.

Relay Point orders are generally available for collection within 2–3 working days.

You may be required to provide identification when collecting your parcel. If another person collects the order on your behalf, they may also need written authorisation and a copy of the purchaser's identification.

Delivery times may be longer for Corsica and other remote regions.

Orders are generally delivered Monday to Saturday.

Order Status

We will send you email updates as your order progresses.

Registered customers can also view order information through My Account.

If you placed your order as a guest, use the order information or tracking link included in your confirmation email.

Delivery Restrictions

We ship to a wide range of destinations.

If we are unable to deliver to your address, any applicable restrictions will be shown during checkout.

Split Orders

In some cases, items from the same order may be dispatched separately.

If this happens, we will let you know by email and confirm which items are included in each shipment.

Returns & Refunds

How to Return an Item

You have 14 days from the date your order is sent to return eligible purchases made through Erotokritos.com.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags and composition labels intact.

You can return your order in one of two ways:

Return In Store

Bring your item and your paper or electronic receipt to:

Eligible in-store returns are free of charge.

Return by Post

Access your order information and submit a return request.

If you checked out as a guest, you can find your order details in your confirmation email.

We will provide the information required to return your parcel via Colissimo.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Returns and exchanges are generally processed within two weeks of receipt.

Please note: sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for your purchase.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed.

If you paid using a gift certificate, part or all of your refund may be issued as a replacement gift certificate.

If you have received confirmation that your refund has been processed but it has not appeared in your account after 14 days, please contact your bank and provide them with the refund confirmation.

Exchanges

How to Exchange an Item

Eligible items may be exchanged for another size or colour.

If you would like a completely different product, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

You can also visit our Paris store with your paper or electronic receipt to request an eligible exchange.

Where online exchanges are available, access your order, select the item you would like to exchange and choose your preferred replacement size.
